My name is Jamie and I started Wild kitchen to spread the word, that food does not have to be complex or difficult to work with the seasons, while reducing our impact on the environment.
We grow the majority of our food here on our small holding in South West Wales. while also using lost techniques and skills to ensure that harvest lasts, introducing new and unique flavours to our daily life's.
Come and reconnect with nature and learn how to to be self sustainable with nature. Our courses are held in small groups for all levels to learn and try some tasty treats along the way.
